The system comprises a rectangular door frame and a sliding door body arranged in the door frame. The top and the bottom of the sliding door body are respectively provided with a guiding structure capable of controlling the moving direction of the sliding door body, and a buffering mechanism is arranged between the sliding door body and the door frame. The buffer mechanism comprises a cylindrical mounting seat, the mounting seat is fixedly connected to the inner side of the door frame, the cavity of the mounting seat is provided with a spring, and the inner end of the spring is connected with the mounting seat, and the outer side of the sliding door body is fixedly connected with The cavity of the mounting seat is matched with the abutting portion, and the abutting portion is columnar and corresponds to the position of the mounting seat.
