The fender design is uncomplicated and durable, providing trouble-free service for a wide range of berths even under the toughest conditions. It has better stability and stronger adhesion to the support structure than conventional arch fenders.

The fender performance is superior to the traditional W and M type rubber fenders. It can be installed vertically or horizontally. Based on the same rubber bulk density, the energy absorption of the super-arched rubber fender is 2.3 times higher than that of the D-type rubber fender and 3.5 times higher than that of the cylindrical rubber fender.

Super arch rubber fenders can also be bolted with ultra high molecular weight polyethylene UHMW-PE panel mats, combined with elastic low friction, unmarked features called SANP. This design significantly reduces the twist on the bottom of the fender, thereby extending the life of the rubber fender. The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pad is available in a variety of colors for easy replacement.

SAN and SANP super arched rubber fenders are available in a variety of sizes from 200mm to 1000mm and lengths from 1000mm to 3500mm.
