Marine Gratings

TUF Marine gratings and marine grilles fully comply with CBT608 and CBT615.

Steel and stainless steel gratings are produced mainly by welding. First, we will punch or slot the flat steel, then place the crossbar into the hole for spot welding. Each contact point of the cross bar and the flat steel is properly welded. The crossbar can also be welded by spot welding.TUF welding staff have the top grade industry profession certification in China.

The base of the grilles or gratings could be material of steel ASTM A36, stainless steel 1cr18ni9ti, FRP,polyester and etc.

Our new product molded polyester grating is using glass fiber as the reinforcing material, using the unsaturated polyester resin as substrate and then specially processed and compounded to be strong and anti-slip.

Our grilles could be used as bilge suction grilles for shipbuildiing, deck walkway gratings, Marine submarine door grilles and etc.
