Marine Anchors

TUF Marine Anchors for ships and boats are produced with state-of-the-art casting technologies (except welding anchors) in China. We have improved the existing casting process by simulating existing casting processes. With optimized ingate position,added riser and densener,the possibility of casting shrinkage is greatly reduced. Meanwhile, the MAGMA software is employed to simulate the casting process, which can accurately reflect various changes in the casting process. This is convenient for our engineers to observe the entire casting process more intuitively, and accurately predict the actual design by observing the possible defects and their occurrences. Through these methods, we can avoid problems that may arise in production, and improve casting efficiency and accuracy, so as to reduce costs and speed up delivery.
