High-performance butterfly valve has been successfully applied in batches in shipbuilding

A high-performance butterfly valve has been successfully produced and applied in bulk production in shipbuilding in China. This kind of butterfly valve is used in four 49,200-ton chemical tankers.

As the core equipment of high-end special ships such as chemical tankers and LPG  carriers, marine high-performance butterfly valves have various characteristics such as strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance, zero leakage, and full protection design. The service life can reach more than 30,000 times. The applicable temperature ranges from - 100°C to 260°C.

The performance of this product has reached the international advanced level and has been recognized by major classification societies. The performance indicators of this valve are much higher than ordinary butterfly valves. This butterfly valve is suitable for all corrosive media, the torque is less than half of the ordinary butterfly valve, and the green environmental protection performance is outstanding.
